Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- 250g Chicken thigh, diced
- 1 potatoes, diced
- 0.5 large carrot, diced
- 1 block of Vermont Curry Hot
Directions
Marinate the chicken
- Add 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Chinese cooking wine
- Add white pepper
- Marinate for 15 mins
Cooking
- Dice the onion, potato, and carrot.
- Brown the onions in the wok.
- Brown the chicken in the wok.
- Add the diced potatoes and carrots.
- Fill with water until it just covers the chicken and vegetables.
- Add the 2 blocks of curry.
- Boil and stir occasionally.
- When most of the liquid has evaporated, serve hot.
