Chicken Curry

Marinate the chicken

Cooking

  1. Dice the onion, potato, and carrot.
  2. Brown the onions in the wok.
  3. Brown the chicken in the wok.
  4. Add the diced potatoes and carrots.
  5. Fill with water until it just covers the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Add the 2 blocks of curry.
  7. Boil and stir occasionally.
  8. When most of the liquid has evaporated, serve hot.
